Live audio is interpreted in-memory and not retained as raw recordings. What persists is the transcript and the note your staff review — governed by your pack's retention policy.
Cryptographic destruction receipt
When session data is destroyed, Veyatia issues a verifiable receipt (a SHA-256 digest) — proof of deletion you can hand to compliance, not just a promise.
PHI minimization
We capture only what the workflow needs and scope it to the session. Veyatia never reads from or writes to your EHR, SIS, or CRM — the note is copied by your staff.
